Will there be delays on my order?
We're aiming to ship out all new orders within 1-2 business days. We're doing our best with a reduced staff, so we may run into some delays (e.g. 1 or 2 extra days).
It is Crucial to note that the shipping carriers ARE NOT guaranteeing delivery timelines. Here is the quote from FedEx...
"FedEx has suspended our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice."
What that means is that we cannot be responsible for delivery timelines once the packages leave our warehouse. We do not recommend paying for expedited shipping when it cannot be guaranteed or refunded.
